• Please note, the condo does not have air conditioning. However, heating is controlled via thermostats and the gas fireplace. We provide one box fan, and the windows and sliding door can be opened for ventilation.
• There are stairs to access the condo.

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Outdoor pool open June to September.

• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• The gas fireplace is non-operational at this time.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
