House Rules & What to Know
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
We're in a shared condo complex, so we keep things chill after 10 PM. This isn't the place for parties or big events - let's keep it peaceful so everyone can rest up for their mountain adventures! Fines may be assessed for violations.
No Smoking / Vaping
Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside, at least 75 feet from the building. Please dispose of butts properly. If there's any smoking inside, we'll need to charge a $450 cleaning fee.
Guest Policy
Main renter must be 25+. Extra guests beyond what's booked aren't allowed unless you let us know beforehand. No pets allowed.
About the Water
Heads up - the condo uses well water that's high in minerals. It's totally safe to drink, but some folks prefer the taste of bottled water.
Security Cameras
FYI - there may be security cameras in outdoor common areas for everyone's safety. None in any private living spaces, just outside!
Parking Rules
Do not park in front of any walkway or fire hydrant. Violators can be subject to fines or vehicle removal.
No EV Charging
Absolutely NO EV charging cords of any kind are allowed to be connected from a unit or building/outdoor outlet to your vehicle.
Oops, Something Broke?
No worries! Just let us know right away. Things break sometimes - we totally get it. We just want to make sure we can replace anything that needs fixing. Your heads up helps us keep the place great for everyone!
