Check-Out Instructions
Beds & Linens
Leave beds unmade with sheets still on - we'll strip and clean them. Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
Kitchen
Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add detergent, and start it. It's okay to leave with it running! Take any remaining food with you.
Trash & Recycling
Bag all trash and recycling, and place in the designated drop areas in the parking lot no later than 1 PM. Vermont Law: Leaving unprotected garbage outside can result in fines due to bears. Use designated containers only.
Climate Control
Winter: Set all thermostats to 60 degrees. Summer: Turn thermostats off or to 75 degrees. Turn off the gas fireplace.
Secure the Property
Close and latch all windows. Lock both front and back doors. Turn off all lights and electronics.
Smart Lock Code Expires at Check-Out
Your door code automatically deactivates shortly after check-out time. If you need to re-enter, please contact us immediately.
